The Carolina Panthers will soon be offering a hearty salute to area military members and their families in Charlotte by hosting a special reenlistment ceremony at Bank of America Stadium to thank them for their service.
The day will open with a re-enlistment ceremony for men and women in the different branches of the American Armed Forces, and after this portion of the occasion has been concluded, the participants will be invited to take a free behind-the-scenes tour of the stadium. The whole event is scheduled to run for approximately 90 minutes, and each military member is welcome to bring up to four family members or friends to participate. Each of the re-enlistees will also be given a complimentary set of branded Panthers merchandise. Ad specialties like this can be obtained from an area printer.
To qualify for this opportunity, all those who are re-enlisting will need to provide verification of their eligibility to do so. They will also be asked to wear the uniform appropriate for their branch of service and provide the names of their guests at least two weeks before the scheduled date of the ceremony. The sponsorship for this activity has been provided, in part, by Lowe’s, which also offers a military discount.
The date that has been selected for this event is December 14, and the deadline to register has been set as November 30. More information about the day can be found on the USO of North Carolina’s website.
