Charlotte residents enjoy yoga in park
Yogis and fitness enthusiasts in Charlotte will want to leave space in the calendar for next month, as an outdoor yoga experience is being organized in a local park.
The Habitual Yoga at Freedom Park series, a local favorite among Queen City residents, is getting ready to welcome participants to a welcoming and immersive physical and mental health experience. The session aims to be more than a standard yoga class, providing students with a safe space to come together and foster a sense of community.
The class is open to interested parties of all fitness and experience levels, with beginners invited to sign up and show up. Attendees can expect community discussions before and after the yoga class, and new guests are invited to share their thoughts and opinions. Poster printing is a superb way to raise awareness of such community events through pictures and text, especially when placed in public settings.
Registered guests are asked to wear comfortable athletic clothing, a bottle of water, and a yoga mat. An open-minded attitude is also beneficial to harness the benefits of the yoga session. Participants are asked to arrive ten minutes early to set up and settle in.
The Freedom Park Amphitheater will be the host site for the yoga courses, starting on Monday, August 4th, at 6:30 PM. Registration is free online, and donations are appreciated.
