A Charlotte chef who enjoys crafting an assortment of plant-based cuisine has planned a fundraiser to help meet the expenses of starting her own business and eventual food truck, and all are welcome.
The Hearty Rabbit has planned the event for early this winter, and it will feature a buffet of dishes that incorporate vegetables, fruit, and other plant-based ingredients as part of the recipe. A DJ service will be providing the entertainment for the evening, and guests will be welcome to kick up their heels and dance with friends old and new.
Each ticket for the occasion will entitle the holder to two drink tickets, as well as the buffet. They will also receive a ticket for the raffle that has been included in the agenda, as well as a specially selected party favor. A printer that crafts Promotional Products will be able to supply a variety of custom branded ad specialties that can be used during an event like this.
January 8 will be the date for the Hearty Rabbit fundraiser, and it will be held at 314 North College Street in Charlotte.
