Charlotte locals can experience romance while supporting a good cause this month.
With its masquerade theme, the First Annual Ballantyne Ball offers mystery and surprise. The gala is black tie optional and, of course, masks are encouraged.
The event will begin with a cocktail reception and will take place at the award-winning Ballantyne hotel.
As a nonprofit organization, the Ballantyne Ball aims to help local causes. For this event, the charity has chosen to support the Isabella Santos Foundation, an organization dedicated to fighting pediatric cancer. The net proceeds from the ball will go to fund research and treatment methods at the Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte.
Tickets cost $200 plus additional online fees. Company tables cost $2,500 for 10 people or $250 per seat. This option includes the company name on the table. All tickets are nonrefundable, and those who cannot attend can make a donation.
Sponsorship opportunities are also available. Along with helping the foundation, businesses and organizations are given a chance to network with the attendees. In addition, companies will also be showcased on various media outlets. No doubt sponsors have used a business card printing service to create cards to distribute at the ball.
The ball takes place on February 14 from 6:00 pm until 11:00 pm. The Ballantyne Hotel is located at 10000 Ballantyne Commons Parkway.
