An event has been planned for Charlotte that its organizers hope will be a fun challenge for both individuals and families alike.
The Charlotte Firecracker 5 kilometer and family fun run will combine running with a chance to enjoy socializing and a swim afterwards. The race, which will follow a path around the neighborhood of Olde Providence, will be chip timed using the My Laps system. Live results will be provided to those who take part.
After the running part of the event draws to a close, there will be a pool and drinks party at the Windyrush Country Club pool for everyone who participated. The organizers will even ensure that people can have their swimsuits transported to the finish line using a bag drop system. Childcare will also be available during the race, and a TAPSNAP unit will be set up as well for printing and sharing photos.
The Charlotte Firecracker 5 kilometer run will be held at 7:00 pm on July 3rd in support of the 2016 Olde Providence Foundation. It will take place at the Olde Providence Elementary School. A Print company can be called upon to produce everything from Banners to race bibs, Brochures, and any other printed materials that may be used to make an event like this a success.
