Charlotte event to help its homeless animals

An event that will show Halloween can also be fun for Charlotte's furry set is on the way, and it will help to make life better for the city’s homeless and abandoned animals.

The team at Lucky Dog Bark and Brew Steele Creek will be treating dogs and their owners to an afternoon of beer and music, and while Fido is welcome, a request has been made that dogs are friendly, up to date on their shots, and also spayed or neutered. The monies raised through the function will be donated to the local chapter of the S.P.C.A.

The festivities will offer entertainment, as well as an opportunity to show some love to an assortment of local vendors, and there may still be space for more to join the fun. Bike Jake Catering will supply the food for the afternoon, and the organizers explained that they are also seeking community-minded sponsors to support the occasion.

Not-for-profit groups that host organized in-person events often choose to distribute pamphlets that provide additional information about their work and how contributions are used. These may be prepared by a brochure printing company.

Lucky Dog Bark and Brew will be treating pets and their people to this special celebration on Saturday, October 29. It will run from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm.
