A special day of fundraising will be held in Charlotte, and the beneficiary of the event will be a local fundraiser that helps children who are living with childhood illnesses or other challenges.
The occasion has been planned to aid the organizers in the purchase of tables, chairs and a small trailer that will be use during the annual SHRED skateboard art show and fund raiser. Charlotte’s Topgolf will be the location for the activity, and anyone who would like to lend a hand is invited to join in the fun.
Each ticket for the occasion will be sold for $70, and this includes three hours of Topgolf time. This will be broken up into instruction, golf and then an awards ceremony and raffle. A buffet-style lunch will be provided, and guests can enjoy unlimited tea and soft drinks. The price also covers club rental, a lifetime membership and a gratuity for the servers. Alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase on an individual basis. Print shops can supply any items needed to help market an event like this to the public.
May 20 has been chosen as the day for this day of indoor golf, and all who would like to take part are welcome. It will be held at 8024 Savoy Corporate Drive, and more information can be found on the organizer’s Facebook page.
