Charlotte asked to strike back at domestic violence

Family-friendly fun will be the order of the day during a Charlotte fundraiser that will seek to Strike Out Domestic Violence, and the whole city is asked to support the cause.

Bowlers of all skill levels are welcome to register for the Steve Smith Family Foundation fundraising event, and while the enjoy some time out on the lanes, they can feel good knowing they are lending a helping hand to families touched by domestic violence. It is open to all skill levels, and everyone is welcome to join in.

While the event may have been planned as a fundraiser, it is also about raising awareness. The bowlers will have a chance to learn about the cause and how they can make a difference, and they can share what they have learned with others. Tickets start at $125 each, and both morning and afternoon time slots are available.

Each person who purchases a ticket for this occasion will receive shoe rental, two games of bowling and one raffle ticket. They will also be welcome to buy food and drinks at a special price, and T-Shirts that include a special graphic design will be available while supplies last.

This chance for people to join together for a day of fun will be taking place on February 23rd, held at 10 Park Lanes.
