Terrarium workshop captivates Charlottes youth

Queen City parents will want to make a note in their Journals for next month, as a children’s terrarium workshop is in the works in town.

The Kids’ Adventure Terrarium Workshop, presented by PlantHouse Charlotte, will open its doors to children and their parents who want to learn more about nature through immersive and hands-on activities. The event is ideal for children with an interest in botany and exploration who are aged six and older, and parents and family members are welcome to join them.

The session will allow the kids to explore and use their creativity when picking air plants, moss, and other features to complete their terrariums. Other items they can use include rocks, animal figurines, and sand to create their masterpieces. Brochure printing is an effective way to share information with interested parties, parents, and participants at such workshops.

Members of the PlantHouse crew will provide instructions and guidance throughout the process, and the high-quality materials used are included with the registration cost. Participating children will also learn the tips and tricks for terrarium care to keep their plants healthy. Spaces are limited, so interested parties are encouraged to make reservations as soon as possible.

The workshop will be held at PlantHouse Charlotte on Sunday, August 10, starting at 1:30 and ending at 2:30 PM. Tickets are available for $34.55 per child.
