Food festival brings flavor to Charlotte

A food festival will soon stop in Charlotte to showcase cuisine from Black restaurants, and residents are invited to indulge.

The Bites on Seventh Festival, presented by Eat Black Charlotte, will begin in a few weeks. It will offer Charlotte residents an opportunity to try new foods and support local restaurants. The food festival will highlight Black-owned restaurants and food trucks around the Charlotte metro area. The participating restaurants will offer bite-sized portions of their most popular menu options.

Event organizers will use digital payment options to decrease wait times and ensure guests get the food options they crave promptly. Guests can anticipate a day full of food, music, drinks, and fun. It is an opportunity to celebrate Black culture while taking taste buds on a culinary journey. Banner printing is a memorable way to welcome registered guests to such food festivals.

The event is geared toward families, and interested parties can bring their children. Exclusive merchandise will also be available to support local businesses. The food festival will proceed with rain or sunshine, so guests are encouraged to check the weather to determine appropriate clothing.

Victoria Yards will host the event on Saturday, June 1, with the food and music kicking off at 1:00 PM and the festivities ending at 8:00 PM. Tickets are $40 and can be secured online.
