Wing Haven provides an oasis for both people and nature in the heart of Charlotte, and it will soon be sporting a fresh holiday look.
The venue has scheduled its Historic Holiday open House, and everyone is welcome to be part of the festivities. It is free to attend, but everyone who is interested is asked to RSVP well in advance, as this will aid the organizers in making their plans.
The location’s historic houses, which are located at 248 Ridgewood Avenue and 348 Ridgewood Avenue, will be all decked out with special decorations for the season, and even the Children’s Garden and SEED Garden will boast natural decor that benefits wildlife. Everyone can enjoy a cup of hot cider and good company, and other light refreshments will be served to the crowd as well.
In the run-up to the holiday season, many companies and not-for-profit groups will be ordering custom holiday decor. A banner printing company will be happy to help, and it will have options that may be friendly to almost any budget.
Wing Haven will be welcoming the public for its Holiday Open House Day on December 10. Its website provides a link for those who would like to sign up to take part, and its doors will open at the various venues at 1:00 pm.
