Charlotte workshop to benefit future business owners

Starting up a new business can be a complicated process, but future company owners who take a seat in a Charlotte online workshop will be able to hit the ground running.

This Zoom based activity will explore the basics of getting a start-up off the ground and is being presented courtesy of a partnership between the Small Business Center at South Piedmont Community College and SCORE Charlotte. Its agenda is filled with information that can take a company from the idea stage to opening its doors to customers, and there’s no registration fee being charged.

The group will discuss an assortment of factors that influence success, and there will be a discussion of several different business Forms. Cash flow, company organization and potential sources of funding are all on the agenda, and when the function wraps up, the hope is that each attendee will have some new knowledge in their toolbox to draw upon.

Presenting a workshop like this is one way a city’s business organizations can support its corporate side. Promotional Pens and other items for the occasion will be available at Print companies in the local area.

This online learning opportunity will begin at 5:30 pm on June 23rd. Anyone who would like to secure a seat is invited to complete the registration process now, and this can be done through the Charlotte SCORE website.
