For those who like their pets scaly, Charlotte area’s “Repticon” will be returning for its summer session, and all ages can enjoy the experience.
This celebration will be an opportunity for local “herpers” (short for herpetologists, which are people interested in reptiles and amphibians) to come together and learn from one another, meet experts and browse through a variety of both pets and products. Tickets can be purchased for one day or two, and their price starts at $15 for adults and $5 for kids.
Those who come to the expo will be able to view a wide assortment of snakes, lizards, and other reptiles, while those who prefer amphibians can enjoy learning more about axolotls, newts, and other salamanders. It is an opportunity for local vendors of both pets and supplies to showcase what they can offer, and the public can also ask these businesses any questions they may have.
Vendors who book a table during the event will be able to load in their items on the Friday before the expo, and the load out will take place on the Sunday evening. A printer can supply the companies that participate in this type of function with Promotional Products to hand out at their table.
This celebration of the scaly set will be held on July 11 and 12. The Cabarrus Arena and Events Center in Concord will be the location for the expo.
