Charlotte is home to a growing number of restaurants and other eateries, making it a city that draws foodies from all over. One of its top chefs has created over 12 new dishes, and he will be showcasing them to the public with a special launch party.
Restaurant owner and Executive Chef Jamie Walker will be revealing more than a dozen creations, and these will be featured in both his brick-and-mortar and catering business. It will be a red carpet affair and press will be on hand to capture the excitement of the evening.
Tickets for the private guest experience are $100 each, and the function will open with a cocktail hour. According to the planners, it will count several local dignitaries among its guests. This will be followed by a plated dinner and networking reception. A wine tasting is included in the ticket price, and there will be live entertainment as well.
The cocktail reception, which will be open to the general public, will begin at 5:30 pm, and the Salvation Army Charlotte Center of Hope for Women and Children will receive a portion of monies raised.
