The winter holidays are on the horizon, and Charlotte classic car lovers are encouraged to show off their pride and joy in an event that will do a good turn for kids in need of medical care.
This year will be the 18th for the Christmas for Kids Car and Truck Show, and the monies raised will be donated to the Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children in Greenville. The Hendrick Motorsports Complex will be the venue for the fundraiser, and there will be plenty of room for everyone who registers to give their “baby” a little time in the spotlight.
It is anticipated that there will be over 400 vehicles included in the show, and they will range from cars to trucks and even motorcycles. The fee to register is $20, and the funds collected will be used to purchase toys that will be dropped off at the hospital.
One of the components of this sort of event is often an awards ceremony, and a company that craft Corporate Gifts will be able to both design and produce dash plaques and other awards that can be presented to the winners. These can include the function’s Logo Design, making them a fun memento of the occasion.
This year’s Christmas for Kids Car and Truck Show will be welcoming Charlotte’s car lovers on November 7. Registration will open at 8:00 am.
