Beer lovers from across Charlotte are invited enjoy some of their favorite brews, plus some new ones too, at an upcoming ever.
Beertopia, which is celebrating its eighth year, will provide those who participate with a chance to sample more than 150 different offerings from 50 craft breweries. Along with this, there will be both wine and beer available by the glass.
Entertainment for the afternoon will be live music provided by U-Phonik, who have also played at past Beertopias, and food will be available for those who want a snack with their drinks.
Hosted by Grapevine wine shop and wine bar, tickets for the festivities range from between $60 for a VIP ticket to $48.15 and up for general admission, and $20.00 for those who have chosen to be designated drivers, or who would rather purchase beer or wine inside Grapevine. The number of passes that will be sold for this year has been limited to 1,500.
Each person who attends will receive a special tasting glass that has been designed for the event, and T-Shirts can also be purchased. Custom Drinkware and T-shirts like this can be designed and produced by a printer.
Those who attend will need to bring along a photo ID showing they are 21 or over, as well as their printed ticket.
