The Charlotte Express Employee Fund (CEEF) and Hospitality Committee has organized a special event to celebrate the holiday season.
Winter Wonderland will be an evening of fun, food, and entertainment. Chef Henry will be preparing hors d’oevres as well as a buffet feast, while the live music will be supplied by local artist John Green and All Bizzness Band.
When it’s time for dancing, V101.9's DJ 06 will be supplying the tunes. Along with all of this, there will be raffles and door prizes drawings throughout the evening. A Print company can provide a wide assortment of themed decorations, Banners, custom Drinkware, and other services that can make an event like this even more of a success.
In keeping with the theme of the party, the organizers suggest that guests wear clothing in hues of silver, grey, white, blue, or black. No athletic wear, jeans, T-Shirts, sports caps, uniforms, or hoodies will be permitted and this will be strictly enforced. Funds raised through the event will be donated to the Payton’s Promise Child Abuse Prevention Center.
The celebration, which is open only to CEEF Charlotte Piedmont Employees their guests will be held on December 2 at OASIS, which is located at 604 Doug Mayes Place in Charlotte. Employee tickets are free, while those for guests are $15 each. Registration is available through the party’s Eventbrite page.
