St. Charles hosts Bachata Dancing

Bachata Dancing is giving people who love to dance a new and fun activity to engage with.

Dancing can be seen as a hobby, a way to keep active and stay in shape, or as a great way to meet new people while doing something fun. Bachata Dancing brings all of these elements together in a safe environment. The goal of these dance classes is to have fun, which means there is no ‘right’ or 'wrong' way to dance. These Latin-themed social dance classes are open to anyone who wants to get started with dance.

Tickets have to be purchased to attend classes. Attendees can choose from three different ticket types that come with different discount levels if a 4-class ticket is purchased. Four-class tickets can be purchased for individuals, couples, or groups of three or more people. The discounts range from 25 percent to 50 percent. Flyer printing is a good way to share details about upcoming events.

These classes are set up so that attendees can come with friends and family to have a good time. Solo dancers are also encouraged to attend classes and make new friends.

Beginners’ classes for Bachata Dance will be held every Wednesday night at The Mocktail Lounge in St. Charles and it will be hosted by Dance St. Charles. Ticket prices range from $15 to $50 depending on how many people are attending per group.
