The 2020 Saint Charles County Mayors’ Charity Ball is scheduled to take place a couple of weeks into March.
The event theme this year will be Mardi Gras, and The LustreLights will provide the evening entertainment. Valet parking will be complimentary and this will be a black tie optional affair.
Registration will begin at 5:30 pm along with a cocktail hour. At 6:45 pm, there will be a welcome ceremony. That will be followed by a charity video presentation and dinner at 7:20 pm. Everyday Elegance Photo Booth will be available for commemorative pictures from 8:00 pm until 11:00 pm. At 8:30 pm, dessert will be served and the music entertainment will start.
A silent auction will be available all evening for guests to bid on their favorite items. That will end at 10:00 pm.
Charities that will receive benefits from this year’s gala will include Share Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support, Saint Charles County Veterans Museum, Wentzville Senior Center Transportation, Inc., Green Lantern Senior Center Support Committee, and the Skills Center at Boon Center Inc.
Individual tickets will be $150, two tickets and Logo Design on the ball’s website is $500. A table for 10 and recognition will be $1,500. Other packages are available.
Saint Charles County Mayors’ Charity Ball will be March 21 at the St. Charles Convention Center, 1 Convention Center Plaza.
