The 21st Annual Wing Ding and BBQ Fling will be back in St. Charles in June.
Twelve local restaurants will be preparing their best chicken wings and barbecue for the “biggest and best charity happy hour in town.” Some of these include last year’s winner for both the Judges’ Choice and People’s Choice awards- Brewskeez Smokehouse & Music, and Amerisports Bar & Grill, Longhorn Steakhouse and The Babylon Bar & Grill.
Trixie Delight will be the entertainment for the four-hour event.
Tickets range from $35 to $120. The $35 ones will include all the barbeque and chicken wings you can eat and two drink tickets.
The $100 tickets add admittance to the Sponsors’ Zone which will have free drinks, a buffet, lawn games, and outdoor furniture. A hand stamp and lanyard will allow the guests to move in and out of the Sponsors’ Zone to enjoy the other festivities.
For $120, there will a reserved table waiting for up to eight people. General admission will be extra.
Businesses like to sponsor events such as this one, not only to enjoy the benefits such as the special Sponsors’ Zone, but to get their Logo Design displayed.
Proceeds will go to adult disability awareness and employment expansion programs offered by Boone Center, Inc.
This year’s Wing Ding and Barbecue Fling will be held rain or shine from 5 pm until 9 pm June 20th at St. Charles Family Arena 2002 Arena Parkway.
