Chicken N Pickle, a location for cuisine and courts, debuted as a segment of the development plan for St. Charles Riverpointe. It becomes the inaugural business to start operating in the $350m development plan for Riverpointe, which has been decades in the making.
No other companies are scheduled to open so far, but Chicken N Pickle's grand opening has aroused the curiosity of prospective stores wanting to lease space, according to Michael Klinghammer, the economic development director for the city. Klinghammer also said:
“This is phase one. We’re in negotiations for the next developments. We’re thrilled to have Chicken N Pickle open. They are what is driving interest in the site. Other retail opportunities want to locate there.”
From Chicken N Pickle's original location in Kansas City, this is the franchise's ninth site and its second one in Missouri. Six indoor courts, three covered, a pair of exterior pickleball courts, a scratch kitchen, a bar, and numerous yard games are available within the entertainment complex. Flyer printing can be used to advertise such a complex.
Over the coming five years, the Riverpointe project is also expected to include workplaces, apartments, hotel units, riverside shopping and eating, townhouses, condos, a riverwalk, an amphitheater, and a bridge connecting to Bangert Island.
