Golf tournament seeks sponsors

The Immanuel Annual Athletic Association Golf Tournament is back for a 29th edition next month, and players are encouraged to sign up.

The tournament is 18 holes long. Carts to take players around the course will be provided, as well as lunch, snacks, and drinks. There will also be a raffle along with prizes and a special auction at the end of the tournament. As per regular golfing rules, collared shirts are required on all the players.

Local businesses can take advantage of several sponsorship opportunities, such as:

• $3,000 Lunch Sponsor
• $3,000 Gift Sponsor
• $1,500 Refreshments Sponsor
• $250 Hole Sponsorship
• $2,500 Eagle Sponsor
• $1,500 Blue Sponsor
• $500 White Sponsor

The Eagle Sponsor, Gift Sponsor, and Lunch Sponsor will have their logos displayed on golf cart screens, as well as on a banner on tournament day and in the ILS Gym for a year. Blue Sponsors and Snack Sponsors will have their Banners up on tournament day and their logos in ILS Booklets for one year. White Sponsors will have their banners put up on tournament day and in the gym for a year, and will also be featured in the booklets for one year. Banner printing is an effective form of advertising at events.

The tournament will be held at the Bogey Hills Country Club in St. Charles on June 13. Registration for the tournament will start at 7:30 am with a shotgun start at 8:30 am. Each player will pay $150 and play in a four-ball. All proceeds from the tournament will be donated to the Immanuel Athletic Association.
