Trauma care takes center stage in St. Louis Conference

A two-day medical conference in St. Louis will spotlight emerging practices and evolving strategies in emergency and critical care treatment.

Organized by Barnes-Jewish Hospital, the hybrid gathering is designed to bring together clinicians, students, and industry professionals interested in improving patient outcomes through updated knowledge and collaboration.

The program will feature expert-led presentations, panel discussions, and networking opportunities focused on modern approaches to injury management. Attendees will explore new techniques, examine case-based scenarios, and discuss system-wide challenges affecting care delivery. The event also offers continuing education opportunities, with accredited hours available for multiple disciplines.

Participation is available both in person and online. Pricing varies by professional category and format. For in-person attendance, one-day access costs $92.55 for students and emergency medical services personnel, $161.90 for nurses and related roles, and $241.94 for physicians and advanced practitioners. Two-day in-person passes are priced at $161.90, $305.96, and $460.68, respectively. Virtual options are offered at reduced rates, ranging from $55.20 for a single day to $353.98 for full access, depending on credentials.

Refunds are available one week before the event, and organizers note that materials and access details for virtual attendees will be distributed in advance. As with many professional events, organizers often rely on flyer printing to promote and share key information within the community.

The conference will take place May 12 to 13, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Eric P. Newman Education Center, 320 South Euclid Ave, St. Louis.
