Family combo event set for St. Louis

A free community event is set to bring children’s programming, soccer activities, and interactive learning experiences to downtown St. Louis.

The program will feature appearances from well-known PBS KIDS characters, including Clifford, alongside interactive stations offering crafts, games, and educational activities. Organizers say the event is designed to blend early learning with physical activity, giving children opportunities to engage both on and off the field.

Held inside Energizer Park, the experience will also include guided soccer demonstrations led by CITY SC staff, along with opportunities for children to step onto the pitch in scheduled rotations. Additional programming will include screenings of children’s television content, hands-on creative activities, and community partner booths offering learning resources.

Admission is free, though entry requires registration for all attendees regardless of age. Organizers note that participation is structured in timed groups for on-field activities. Check-in will assign time slots for field access. While children wait for their turn, they may take part in concourse-based programming and partner exhibits.

Optional donations to Nine PBS are accepted during registration. Supporters contributing more than $60 may receive membership benefits.

Events of this type often rely on Print shops to produce advertising displays and activity guides for participants.

The event is scheduled for Sunday, June 14, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Energizer Park, 2019 Market Street, St. Louis, Missouri.
