The Ham Lake Chamber of Commerce will be organizing a new festival in October at Ham Lake Lanes & Lounge.
Ham Lake Brewfest is a new event where those who can legally drink alcohol can try beverages created by local breweries. The participating breweries for the festival include The Nordic Brewing Company, Duluth Cider, and Lift Bridge Brewing Co. Food will be available to buy from Ham Lake Lanes and visiting food trucks. Guests interested in additional drinking options can make a purchase from the event’s cash bar.
The festival will have many fun activities to enjoy while sampling the beverages. Yard games can be played on the lawn, and attendees can participate in karaoke sessions inside the building. There will also be a live performance from Anderson Daniels and Carson Beyer. All activities at the festival, aside from alcohol sampling, can be joined by those under 21. Community festivals similar to this can be shared with others through displays made with poster printing.
Ham Lake Brewfest will debut on Saturday, October 9 and will last from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Tickets can be purchased in advance for $25. Guests who buy admission at the door will need to pay $30 instead. No refunds will be given for the festival, and the event will occur rain or shine.
