Ascension Fitness Training will be hosting a charitable activity in July at Lions Park in Ham Lake.
The 2021 Ruck’ N’ Roll event is a celebration held before the Ham Lake Freedom Fest where participants walk together for a few miles while wearing weighted Backpacks. This year, the activity will be held in honor of Carey Johnson. All proceeds earned at the walk will go towards a local charity. The festival will also include music, vendors, and food stalls. Businesses attending celebrations such as this can give promotional Pens to eventgoers.
Ascension Fitness Training is a facility that uses personal trainers to customize workout routines based on the needs of each client. The business is owned by William Israelson and Michele Wunderlich. Both owners work as private instructors and have several certifications. Multiple guests receive guidance from the trainers at the same time and can also receive personal nutrition counseling. The facility has equipment like tires, ropes, and kettlebells.
The charity walk will be held on Saturday, July 3 from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm. General admission to the activity will cost people $45. The charitable group benefiting from the festival will be named closer to the event date. All current safety guidelines will be observed at the walk. More details about the activity will also be released in the future.
