The Majestic Oaks Golf Club in Ham Lake will be hosting a fundraiser this September that benefits the Face It Foundation.
Alive at the Links is a fundraiser that allows the community to support the Face It Foundation while competing in a round of golf. There will also be a dinner held in the evening that includes a program. Companies can become sponsors for the event and can purchase packages starting at $100. Benefits of being a sponsor include getting signage at different holes on the course and having business logos featured on the website.
Face It is an organization founded in 2009 that is dedicated to offering support to men who are dealing with depression. The foundation allows men to attend retreats and support groups for free, while also providing a platform where they can chat anonymously about their struggles online. Those who would like to provide direct financial support to the Face It Foundation can donate on the organization’s website.
The Alive at the Links fundraiser will be held on Monday, September 9. Anybody who would like to attend the banquet can purchase tickets for $30. The meal will begin at 6:00 pm and end at 7:30 pm. Event organizers for fundraisers such as this can use Print shops to create custom Table Tents as decorations for their banquets.
