Those interested in receiving professional advice for their gardens can visit the Ask A MG Booth at the Ham Lake Farmers & Artisan Market. The organization will have a stall set up for four hours where people can ask questions about topics like vegetable gardening, landscaping, and other current plant topics. The volunteers at the booth are trained by the University of Minnesota Extension and can provide visitors with research-based information.
The 8th Annual Ham Lake Farmers & Artisan Market is an event held from June to September where people can browse local vendors and food trucks. The marketplace is open on Wednesdays between June 19th and September 11th. The participating food trucks will include the White Rabbit Kitchen, Quashi Cuisine, and Grumpy's Mini Donuts. Attendees can visit vendors like the Svihel Vegetable Farm, Just North Creative, and Mabel's Old Fashioned Kettle Corn.
The Anoka County Extension Master Gardeners will attend the farmers market on Wednesday, July 10th from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. There is no cost for people to ask the gardeners questions, and guests don't need to book an appointment with the experts. Organizations that take part in local festivals like this can utilize banner printing to help their booths stand out to consumers.
