Anoka County Farms in Ham Lake is hosting a seasonal event that lasts until the end of October.
Pumpkins, Hayrides & Fall Festivities is a seasonal festival where families can enjoy child-friendly activities at a local farm. The program celebrates the time of year when Anoka County Farms harvests its crops. Guests can pick out and purchase pumpkins at the venue's pumpkin patch. Visitors will also get to see the farm's live animals and take a hayride around the farm. The hayride will cost $3 per person to enjoy.
There are many activities kids can experience while attending the festival. Children can go on rides such as the Charlie Brown Movie Barrel Train and the Rainbow Playset Big Slide. Guests may also take part in games like pumpkin bowling, tick-tack-toe, and checkers. Kids can paint pumpkins at the farm and visit Snoopy's Corn Pit. Each weekend of the festival will feature state fair-inspired concessions.
The fall fest began last Saturday, September 23, and continues until October 31. The farm will be open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm every Saturday and Sunday, and from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm every Tuesday to Friday. Admission to the seasonal celebration costs $5 per person. Children aged two and younger can get into the farm free of charge. Local festivals like this can be shown to more consumers with the help of banner printing.
