Mickman Brothers, Inc. will be hosting a course this March to teach the community how to make personal kokedamas in Ham Lake.
The Kokedama Creations class is an event where people will receive instructions for constructing their own kokedamas. Attendees will learn about the Japanese art form and will have a hands-on experience.
Kokedamas are beautiful balls of moss that surround a plant, and usually include embellishments to make them unique. Businesses that educate the community with courses like this can use flyer printing to get more potential students interested in attending.
Mickman Brothers has hosted numerous instructional courses in the past related to gardening and nature, with previous classes including topics like shrub pruning, lawn care, and pest control. The company also puts on events at its garden center, opening its store for holiday-themed children’s activities on Easter and Valentine's Day. Mickman Brothers offers different events throughout the year too, such as a ladies’ nights.
The Kokedama Creations class will be held on Saturday, March 7 from 11:00 am to noon. Those interested in attending the kokedama course can pay $25 to join. There is a limited number of tickets available for the event, so early registration for the class is recommended. People who wish to know about upcoming events at Mickman Brothers, Inc. can check their online calendar for updates.
