Ham Lake accepting registrations for new baseball season

The Soderville Blaine Athletic Association (SBAA) in Ham Lake, Minnesota will be taking on new players for its upcoming 2019 Soderville Baseball leagues.

Discounted registration for the junior and senior baseball leagues will be closing soon, so parents are encouraged to submit their payments before the deadline to save money. The SBAA divides each league by level, which is determined by the age and ability. The junior league allows children ages 12 and under to participate in varying levels, while the senior league features teens from ages 13 to 19. The age determining date for the SBAA is May 1.

All families who are involved in the SBAA will be required to help towards fundraising and volunteering. The organization has utilized printing services to create coupon Books that players and parents can sell as part of the fundraising program, where prizes will be given depending on how many Books are sold. Volunteers are in charge of running the concession stands and assisting with field maintenance.

The season for the Soderville Baseball leagues is expected to start the week of April 15 and will continue until the end of June or July depending on specific tournament dates. Registration as a volunteer or as part of the fundraising group will cost $50 per person. Those interested in registering as part of a league who submit their fee before March 1 will be given a $25 discount. Refunds will be available until June 1.
