Fans of craft beers can attend a beer-themed festival held on the patio of Ham Lake Lanes & Lounge in October.
The 2nd Annual Ham Lake Brewfest is an event organized by the Ham Lake Chamber of Commerce that promotes local breweries. This year, the attending brewers include the Willow Tree Winery, Torg Brewery, and Isanti Spirits. Multiple food trucks will sell meals to eventgoers, such as the White Rabbit Kitchen and DND Goodies. Guests can play yard games on the bowling alley’s lawn and participate in karaoke in the evening.
Benjamin Raye will provide the event’s live musical entertainment. Raye is a performer who covers genres like rock and country, and has also produced original songs such as Play Me A Glad Song and Like It Or Not. Raye performs at many notable venues, like the Benton County Fair, Together Farms, and Froggy Bottoms. He hosts a weekly morning show on 90.3 FM KFAI from 4:00 am to 6:00 am each Tuesday.
The 2nd Brewfest will be held on October 1 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Tickets for the sampling experience will cost guests $30 in advance and $40 at the door to the event. Designated drivers may enter the festival for $10. Promoters for community activities such as this can use poster printing to market festivals at local venues like libraries.
