Plymouth plans return of Pumpkin Palooza

Plymouth has set the date for a special activity that boasts a Halloween theme, and the planners have put out a call to local businesses interested in sponsoring the event.

Pumpkin Palooza is a local tradition that takes place each October. As in previous years, it will be set up in the community’s downtown, and several streets will be closed to make way for the celebration.

The function offers a haunted Halloween experience that is safe for one and all, and it tends to draw thousands of attendees, growing in size with each year it has been held.

The city's chamber of commerce has put together several sponsorship packages for 2024, and interested businesses can review them and decide if the festival fits their marketing needs and budget. The final date to submit a request to take part is October 4.

Along with the menu of sponsorship choices, the organizers are accepting vendor applications. Each space is 12 feet by 12 feet, and the participating companies will need to supply their own chairs, table, tenting, and marketing materials. The business will be asked to provide at least 4,000 items such as candy, stickers or other Promotional Products to hand out.

The 2024 installment of Pumpkin Palooza will be held in Plymouth’s downtown district on Sunday, October 20. The city's website provides more information.
