Plymouth recently announced that the date has been set for its holiday kickoff, and everyone is on the guest list for this special event.
The community will be throwing the switch on its lighted holiday decor, and this activity will also make the start of the annual Red Kettle campaign facilitated by the Salvation Army. It's been scheduled for the evening hours, and it will welcome all ages.
The crowd at the gathering will be treated to live music performed by the Salvation Army Brass Band, and the PCEP Choir, and hot chocolate and cookies will be served. Special Promotional Products will be distributed to the first 100 members of the public to arrive, and its listing includes a list of the local companies that have chosen to support the activity.
While the event will offer the opportunity for neighbors to join together for a fun time, those who plan on coming out are reminded that not everyone is as fortunate. The organizers have asked everyone to bring a generous contribution of non-perishable food and unwrapped toys, and anyone who does so will have their name entered in a raffle draw for Business Cards. A printer can prepare custom items for a company so it will be prepared should it be asked to donate Corporate Gifts in kind for a fundraising event.
The Plymouth Main Street Tree Lighting and Red Kettle Kick Off will take place on November 15th. It will be on offer in Kellogg Park.
