An event planned in support of an area hospice will be held at a Plymouth golf and banquet center, and while the participants play, they will be helping to support people going through a tough time.
Angela Hospice will be the charity of choice for a golf fundraiser in June at Fox Hills Golf and Banquet Center. This will be the 33rd year for the activity, and the planners are counting on the public to help make it a success.
There are several ways for the community to get involved, and they can choose to purchase a ticket to play, to serve as a corporate sponsor, or to purchase a raffle ticket. The golfers will follow an 18-hole scramble format, and a cart is included. They will also receive games and beverages on course, as well as lunch and dinner and access to the driving range.
The sponsorship opportunities created for the day start at $1,000 for a Beverage Sponsor and go up to Host Sponsor level, which is set at $7,500. A printer will be able to craft custom designed Corporate Gifts to give to each player or sponsor to thank them for their assistance.
The 33rd annual Angela Hospice Golf Outing will be teeing off on June 13. The shotgun start is scheduled for 11:30 am.
