Residents of Farmington Hills curious to learn more about buying their first home are encouraged to attend an upcoming workshop slated to be held in June.
The monthly Homeownership Series is an ongoing event targeted towards individuals looking to become new homeowners in Farmington Hills. New topics are covered every month, so those who regularly attend can expect to obtain a great deal of actionable advice. This June workshop will be focusing on smart buying strategies, and similar types of financial advice.
Three professional speakers are also expected to provide their own advice. These include Greg Goddard of Cross Country Mortgage LLC and Trevor Medema of Compo & Medema Real Estate. They will be covering relevant topics associated with how to obtain a first-time mortgage, different lending options, and some of the best ways to proactively manage a budget without breaking the bank.
Informative events open to the public will use a wide range of marketing methods. Organizers may choose to partner with nearby Stationery printers to produce Flyers, distribute Brochures in real estate offices, and update community-oriented websites.
The Farmington Hills Homeownership Series will be returning on Tuesday, June 2. The event is taking place between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM. It will be hosted by the Farmington Hills Auditorium located at 32737 West 12 Mile Road. While free to attend, guests should still register online in advance.
