Farmington Hills to offer private nature center visits

This spring, the Farmington Hills Nature Center will continue hosting Exclusive Nature Center Experiences for visitors.

The Exclusive Nature Center Experience provides individuals or groups of up to eight people with the chance to receive a private, personalized tour of the Nature Center’s exhibits and animals without there being any other visitors present. Each registered individual or group will receive a nature activity bin. A naturalist will be present to customize the experience and to provide answers to any questions attendees have about the animals, exhibits, and event activities.

Private tours are available in 45-minute timeslots from 10:00 am to 10:45 am, or 11:00 am to 11:45 am. Registrants may book more than one timeslot if desired. The fee for an individual, group, or family is priced at $10 per timeframe for both non-residents and permanent residents of Farmington Hills. Brochure printing is often chosen by the hosts of touring events to ensure that visitors have access to sufficient event details.

For optimal health and safety, all guests are required to wear facemasks throughout the duration of their visits and to use hand sanitizer from the available station at the entrance of the Nature Center.
