Farmington Hills school plans Halloween trunk or treat

The Wood Creek Civic Association of Farmington Hills wants everyone to have a safe and happy Halloween, and to help make that happen, it will be hosting a party in honor of the occasion.

This all-ages celebration will be taking place in the parking lot at Wood Creek Elementary school, and this will be the third year that the function has welcomed the community. It will be filled with lots of spinetingling fun, and volunteers are needed to help make it a success.

The plans for the evening will see community members arrive with their vehicles all decked out with Halloween decorations, and a prize will be presented to the top entry. The kids can go shelling out at each of the vehicles, and the public that registers for the activity can distribute candy, Promotional Products, and other treats. This will be followed by a craft make and take, magic show, and a walk on the Spooky Trail.

Many not-for-profit groups count on the generous spirit of local volunteers. A printer can prepare small Corporate Gifts to give to each helper to thank them for the assistance.

Wood Creek Elementary School has made arrangements to host this holiday event on October 31, and it will start at 6:00 pm. Its listing on the Wood Creek Civic Association website supplies more information.
