The Waldorf community is filled with thriving small businesses, and this new contest is meant to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs while having an amazing time.
A center for small and large businesses, The Shops at Waldorf Center is easily accessible near the Washington Beltway and will be hosting the upcoming Youth Shark Tank Kidpreneur Competition and Fun Festival.
This marks the sixth year of the Kidprenaur Competition, which is based on the award-winning TV program Shark Tank, where business owners pitch their business ideas to a panel of angel investors.
This event is more than just a competition, though, with lawn games, a petting zoo, face painting, and craft stations and a petting zoo that are enjoyable for the whole family.
Business pitches and networking opportunities are also crucial to young entrepreneurs' success who will often make use of business card printing in an effort to leave lasting impressions on investors and potential customers.
