The St. Charles Towne Center in Waldorf will hold a holiday-themed candle workshop in December at the Gia Candle Bar.
Santa's Workshop Candle Making Experience is a hands-on activity where people can make a customized candle. Participants will get to choose their candle's vessel, crystal chips, and color. Guests can also choose different dried herbs for their creations, such as rose petals and chamomile. Children will be allowed to attend the candle-making workshop, and the venue is wheelchair accessible. The candle bar won't give refunds for tickets.
The Gia Candle Bar is a business that uses aromatherapy to help people with their mental health struggles. Consumers can book the bar for private candle-making events with spirits and food. The shop also offers Sip & Pour Walk-In Sessions that last 30-40 minutes. Customers can join the company's Candle Of the Month Club for $25. A portion of the store's sales is used to increase public awareness of mental health issues.
The candle workshop will take place on Saturday, December 23rd. The available time frames for the activity will be from 11:00am to 1:00pm, 2:00pm to 4:00pm, and 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Tickets for the candle-making experience will cost $60 per person. Stores hosting hands-on holiday activities like this may use flyer printing to tell customers about their events in advance.
