Waldorf brunch to celebrate International Womens Day

Latonya Williams will be organizing an event in Waldorf next month where women can get inspired by a panel of professionals.

The 3rd Annual International Women’s Day Brunch is a program that invites female professionals to an educational and empowering presentation. The event creates a welcoming environment where attendees will be supported and appreciated for the many hats they have to wear, such as being mothers, students, or entrepreneurs, to name a few.

The speakers for this year’s empowerment seminar will include accomplished women like Alysa Thomas, Elizabeth Williamson, and Candace Gibson.

Latonya Williams is an event organizer and a self-published author who is the CEO of Tonya’s Teatalk. Her latest book teaches readers how to handle workplace dilemmas and be professional when navigating obstacles. She has organized several activities, including the Let Go & GLOW Zumba Birthday Party, Booked & Busy Branding Party, and Vision Board Party. Williams has also been in charge of events like the Car Care: 101 Workshop and the Amazing Fish Fry Dinner Sale.

The International Women’s Day Brunch will take place on Sunday, March 10 at 3:00pm. There is no cost to attend Williams’ event, though registration is required.

Businesses that want to be vendors for the seminar may pay $50 for a space. Vendors must bring their own tables to the event or pay $10 for a table from the venue. Stores with stalls at similar programs may use banner printing services to decorate their space.
