Officials from the Northern Kentucky Young Professionals said that they will be awarding local young leaders (defined as those 40 or under) with the Next Generation Leader Awards.
The upcoming gala will celebrate the accomplishments of local young professionals, highlight their work, and provide event attendees with the chance to network together.
Awards will be given as recognition in a variety of fields, including Arts & Entertainment, Education, Entrepreneurship, Medical Health Services, Professional Services, Public Relations, and Skilled Trades. Three individuals are nominated in each category, and the winners will be announced at the event.
The Northern Kentucky Young Professionals will also honor Chad Bliz, Executive Vice President of the Houchens Insurance Group, with the NKYP Legacy Award.
This large event will feature dozens of local businesses leaders, young professionals, and elected officials. As such, event attendees are encouraged to bring plenty of Business Cards and be prepared to network.
The event will be held on Thursday, July 11. It is taking place at the Madison Event Center (700 Madison Avenue, Covington, KY – just nine miles outside of Erlanger, KY). Tickets are $40 for members of the Northern Kentucky Young Professionals, and $50 for general admission. Attendees can purchase tickets online or at the door. The event starts at 5:30 pm with networking, while the dinner and awards kicks off at 6:15pm. The Afterparty starts at 7:45 pm.
