An exercise class geared toward senior citizens in Erlanger has announced the date for its next session, helping interested parties add the course to their plans.
The PrimeWise Low-Impact Exercise Class is opening registration to interested parties who want to get a workout while taking stress off their joints. It is being organized by PrimeWise at St. Elizabeth’s Healthcare, and participants can begin boosting their balance and functional strength in a welcoming setting.
The instructor will lead the class through a series of exercises and stretches to increase their range of motion and help each participant start their personal journey to elevated health and wellness. Guests can anticipate an experience that will help them find and push their physical fitness limits. Organizers can use flyer printing and grassroots marketing to raise awareness of such events, with Flyers being ideal for bulletin boards and other areas with high volumes of foot traffic.
Interested parties are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes to the class to reduce the risk of injury. Registered guests may also wish to bring a towel or yoga mat.
The low-impact exercise session is scheduled for 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 9. It will be held at the Erlanger Branch of the Kenton County Public Library. Interested parties can reserve their spots for free online.
