Erlanger eager for Easter Bunny

The residents of Erlanger are getting ready for the yearly Easter Party. The joint-sponsored event will provide an afternoon of family entertainment and a special visit by a certain cotton-tailed friend.

The holiday-themed party will be filled with a large number of arts and crafts for young and old alike. Attendees can partake in balloon sculpting, face and hand painting, and painting and sculpting, along with other crafts. The Easter Bunny will also be making an appearance, and parents can snap a picture of their little one with the holiday hare if they bring along their own camera.

The event is being co-sponsored by the Kenton County Public Library and the Erlanger Parks and Recreation Department. The Kenton County Library has been around since 1899 and a library has been in located in Erlanger since 1914. Their mission is stated as ‘Preserving Yesterday, Enriching Today, Inspiring Tomorrow’, while the mission of the Parks and Recreation Department is ‘Performing Collectively to Provide Exemplary Services for Our Community with Integrity and Pride’.

The Easter Party will be held on March 20 from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm at the Erlanger Public Library in Meeting Rooms A and B. Admission is free, but crafting supplies are limited. Interested parties can find Flyers in the local libraries or can visit the websites for more information.
