Charcuterie workshop helps Erlanger residents grow skills

An advanced charcuterie class is coming to Erlanger in the coming weeks, providing area residents with an opportunity to boost their hosting skills and add variety to life.

The Vom Fass Advanced Charcuterie Class has an official date in the Books, and interested parties are encouraged to begin booking their spots to learn the ins and outs of creating charcuterie layouts. The course is open to individuals who have attended wine and charcuterie courses with Vom Fass in the past and want to build upon the knowledge gained through those experiences.

Students in the class will create one or two boards of meat and cheese, depending on time. The leftovers from the workshop can be taken home by students at the class’s conclusion. While attendance in previous courses is ideal, it is not a prerequisite to register. Brochure printing can help instructors provide more information to students enrolled in such workshops.

Upon enrollment in the course, guests will receive a complimentary Acacia wood serving tray. After assembling the boards, students will enjoy the meats and cheeses with bread and dip, a salad, and two glasses of wine, courtesy of Vom Fass.

The host site for the workshop will be Vom Fass Crestview Hills, outside of Erlanger. The class will be held on Wednesday, March 12th, from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Tickets can be reserved for $64 online.
