Atlas Air Operations Center to move to Erlanger

Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings is planning to move their operations center to Erlanger with a $3.4 million-dollar investment. This will create 593 full time jobs, according to Governor Matt Bevin.

This is a company that is a leader in the air cargo industry and Kentucky officials are excited to help the company grow on a global scale. The operations center will be built near the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky airport, as this is a location that will better serve their customers.

Moving from Florence, they currently employ 318 people. President William J. Flynn says the operations center in Erlanger will enable them to deliver high quality services and support for the growing global network.

The new facility will be state of the art and use the latest technology. The company provides outsourced aircraft services to companies around the world.

Atlas Airlines supplies Boeing Jets that are used for domestic, international, and domestic travel. They carry cargo and passengers. The jets the company supplies are the 747, 777, 767, 757, 737.

The new jobs in Erlanger will lead to economic growth for the entire state. Erlanger has worked hard in the last several years to attract new industry and promote economic growth. Erlanger has Print shops that design Promotional Products to celebrate notable company events like this.

The company will be located near the airport and highways I-75 and I-275. The company has been approved of a tax incentive up to $15 million and help with recruiting and placing employees.
