Elk Grove Village library helps residents explore the globe

Travelers and Elk Grove Village residents with an interest in exploring different cultures will want to save the date of an upcoming in-person event where a local traveler shares his experiences.

The Gorgeous Georgia cultural experience, led by world traveler Brian Michalski, is getting closer to opening in Elk Grove Village, with the official date set for November. The experience, which aims to inspire members of the community to travel, explore, and indulge in cultures and cuisines that stand out to them, will focus on the highlights of Brian’s five-week journey through the Eastern European nation of Georgia.

Michalski will talk about Georgia’s landscapes, history, and cuisine during a question-and-answer session with the event’s attendees. He will take the audience along with him to the nation’s capital of Tbilisi and its natural wonders near Mestia. Professional brochure printing is a logical solution for promoting events like this and providing informative handouts to those who attend.

Spots are limited, so interested individuals are encouraged to book reservations in advance. The experience is being put together with assistance from the Elk Grove Village Public Library.

The Lee Maternowski Meeting Room at the Library will be the host site. Michalski will meet with attendees at 7:00 pm on Thursday, November 19. Registration is open to library card holders online.
