A community-wide celebration is on the way for Boise, and everyone in the city is invited to be a part of the excitement of the day.
Sections of both La Pointe Street and Island Avenue located in the Lusk District will be closed down for the BFF Block Party being held in support of Idaho Gives. This will be the third year the activities have taken place, and all ages are invited to participate.
The schedule for the day is filled with entertainment and other activities, and more than 50 not for profit organizations will have information tables for booths set up for the crowd to explore. Both food and locally crafted beer will be on offer. The function is being hosted as part of a state-wide effort to raise awareness of Idaho's charitable sector, as well as funds to support their efforts in the communities they serve.
Large outdoor celebrations can be made even more exciting by using decor supplied by area banner printing companies. They will be able to supply items that can withstand being exposed to the elements, and there are options for both single and multiple use.
The BFF Block Party for Idaho Gives will be bringing the fun to the city’s Lusk District on May 5. More information for anyone who would like to be a part of the fun can be found on its website.
