A crafters’ guild in Boise has organized an event that will show off the talents of its membership, and it will include displays of functional works of textile art.
Boise Basin Quilters Guild has scheduled its annual show, and the selected venue for the gathering will be Expo Idaho. It may appeal to all ages, and it will take place across two days in September.
The show will feature displays of quilts in both modern and traditional patterns, and many will have been professionally judged. It will provide an opportunity to shop for gifts for the upcoming holiday season or birthday, and door prizes and a quilt raffle have both been scheduled.
Those in the market for quilting and other sewing supplies can shop in the vendor area. The monies raised through the activity will support the Guild’s community outreach activities, as well as area small businesses.
A quilt show or other showcase of local crafting talent may be a fun activity for those with an interest in the hobby. Themed Promotional Products, as well as Corporate Gifts to use as draw prizes, may both be ordered for an event from a Print professional.
The 2025 Quilt Show will be held on Friday, September 26 and Saturday, September 27. It will be open from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm on both dates.
