Virtual fertility workshop to help Macon women

Valerie Feghali will host the virtual Improving Fertility Naturally Workshop next month for Macon women wanting to improve their chances of getting pregnant.

Feghali is a physical therapist and board-certified health coach and nutritionist who uses her expertise to treat her patients in a holistic manner, utilizing an integrative approach to health and wellness. Her Zoom-based fertility workshop will teach women having trouble getting pregnant how to balance their hormones without the use of hormone therapy or in vitro fertilization treatments.

The workshop will go over practical tips and simple strategies that women can use to prepare for pregnancy. This class is specifically designed for women who have PCOS or other medical conditions that increase the difficulty of getting pregnant. As this approach involves looking at the body as a whole, these techniques may also help with weight management, improving skin condition, and reducing fatigue. Feghali will also spend time getting to know each attendee and answering any questions anyone may have about their health journeys.

Online events like this sometimes also utilize more traditional methods of advertising such as flyer printing to reach a wider audience.

The Macon Improving Fertility Naturally Workshop is scheduled for February 2 at 2:00 pm. This will be a live Zoom session, and attendees can register free of charge on Eventbrite to receive a Zoom invitation.
